Cookie Policy

The short version

Amridata uses only one cookie: a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, analytics services, or third-party marketing pixels. No cookie consent banner is required because we use only strictly necessary cookies.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser by a website. Cookies are used for many purposes — from keeping you logged in to tracking you across websites for advertising. At Amridata, we only do the first.

Cookies we use

Cookie name Purpose Duration Type
amridata_sess Session management — keeps you logged in while you use the site. Session (deleted when browser closes, or after 2 hours of inactivity) Strictly necessary

Cookie properties

Our session cookie has the following security properties:

HttpOnly
The cookie cannot be read by JavaScript — only by the server. This prevents XSS attacks from stealing session tokens.
SameSite=Lax
The cookie is not sent on cross-site requests initiated by third-party sites, reducing CSRF risk.
Secure (on HTTPS)
The cookie is only transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, never plain HTTP.

What we don't use

  • ✓ We do not use: Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service
  • ✓ We do not use: Facebook Pixel or other social media tracking
  • ✓ We do not use: Advertising networks or retargeting cookies
  • ✓ We do not use: Cross-site tracking of any kind
  • ✓ We do not use: Third-party cookie consent management platforms

How to control cookies

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. If you disable the Amridata session cookie, you will not be able to remain logged in between pages. All other functionality (including the unauthenticated Try Free flow) will still work.

You can also log out at any time from the app sidebar. This removes the session server-side, making the cookie inert even if it persists in your browser.
